We collect information provided directly by organizations (such as contact information, team size, and program goals) and by participating mentors and mentees (such as profile information, availability, and session milestones). We never sell participant data to third-party advertisers.
2. How Data Is Used
Data is strictly utilized to facilitate matches, schedule consultations, send milestone reminders, and provide anonymized or aggregated reporting dashboards to organizational administrators.
3. Session Notes & Advisory Discretion
Private conversations between mentors and mentees or Sage consultants remain confidential. Program administrators receive aggregate attendance and milestone completion metrics without compromising private discussion details.
